On mctio$ of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Maryatt,it was decided tc cancel the insurance carried with the State Insur- ance Fund on the City employees and the Clerk directed to pay insurance bill up to date. The motion of Trustee MoPhee that it is the sense of the Board that an appropriation of ~5000.00 be made in reference to paying a portion of the cost of paving Bristol St. from 5th to the City Limits on the South. This motion was duly seconded by Trustee Tubbs and passed by the following vote to-wit:- Trustees Tubbs,MoPhee,~aryatt and Visel. Trustees None. Not voting Trustee Greenleaf. In Re City Engineer In t~'uc%ed to estimate cost of paving Bristol St. cost for paving Bristol St. on the South. In Re On motion of Trustee McThee, duly seconded by Tubbe and passed by the following vote:Ayes, Trustees Tubbs,McPhee, Greenleaf,Maryatt and Vleel, Noes,Trustees None, it was resolved that the amount of $~O00.00 to be paid toward the cost of paving Bristol St. be taken out of the Special Property Tax Fund. Upon motion of Trustee NcPhee duly seconded by Tubbs and to pre[are Resolutzon carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to prepare the necessary Resolution of Intention of paving Bristol St.from 5th St. to the City Limits on the South under Specifications Nc.g5 and the Act of 1911, and to use the front foot plan instead of a~sessment district. On motion of Trustee McPhes,duly seconded by Tubbe,City submit Engineer Bonebrake was instructed to ~ub~it ~u satiate of from 5th St. to the City Limits Bridge Pond election OrdinGnc~ Trustee J.W.Tubbs, presented for consideration by the Board of Trustees an Ordinance entitled as follows: "An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha a municipal corpora- tion incorporated under the laws of the State of Californi~ ordering the submission to the qualified voters of the Cit of Santa Ana the proposition of incurring a bonded debt for the purpose of the acquisition and construction in the City of Santa Aha of certain municipal improvements, as set for in Resolution No.594 of said City,consisting of the con- struction of two brldgea erected over and extending across that certain water course existing in the City of Santa Aha known aS, named and called Santiago Creek;
