In Re <br /> <br />Wiring for Electric Iotors <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Fees for Election Boards <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />OrdinanceS630, calling Bond <br /> <br />election for bridges <br /> <br /> The motion of Trustee Tubbs, that a committee be appointe~ <br /> in reference to investigating the advisability of charging <br /> a license for wiring for electric motors was seconded by <br /> Trustee Greenleaf and duly carried, Trustees Tubbs and <br /> Greenleaf being appointed as such committee and report at <br /> next meeting. <br /> <br />Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />aSd carried, the fees for the different election board~ <br />for holding the Bond election, was placed at $5.00 per <br />person serving on maid Board of election. <br /> <br /> Ordinance No.630 heretofore introduced,read and referred tc <br /> the City Attorney, came up for final consideration, and on <br /> motion of Trustee W.A.Greenleaf, seconded by Trustee J.W. <br /> Tubbs, the Ordinance was placed on its final passage,the <br /> Doll was ordered called, and the vote upon the passage of <br /> Ordinance No.630 was as follows: <br /> <br /> Ayes, Trustees J.W.Tubbs,Geo.McPhee,Walter A.Greenleaf, <br /> and A.J.Vlsel, Noes, Trustees None.Absent,Trustees <br /> None. Trustee O.H.Maryatt,Not voting. <br /> The Ordinance h~ving :eoeived the vote of more than two- <br /> thirds of all the members of said Board of Trusteee,A.J. <br /> Visel,President of the Board, declared the same passed and <br /> thereupon, signed and approved the same, the said Ordinance <br /> No.630 being entitled as follows: An Ordinance of the City <br /> of Santa Aha, a municipal corporation, incorporated under <br /> the laws of the State of California ordering the submissi¢ <br /> to the qualified ,oters of the City of Santa Aha, the propo- <br /> sition of incurring a bonded debt for the purpose of the <br /> a~quisition and construction in the City of Santa Aha of <br /> certain municipal improvements, as set forth in Resolution <br /> No.594 of said City, consisting of the construction of two <br /> bridges erected over and extending across that certain wat <br /> course existing in the City of Santa Ana, known aa,named <br /> and called Santiago Creek; calling a special election for <br /> that purpose,reciting the objects and purposes for which <br /> the indebtedness is proposed to be incurred, the estimated <br /> cost of the proposed public improvement,the amount of the <br /> principal of the indebtedness to be incurred therefor, and <br /> the rate of interest ~o be paid on said indebtedness,fixln <br /> ~he date on which such special election will be held, the <br /> manner of holding such election and the voting for or agai <br /> the incurring of such indebtedness and providing that in a <br /> particulars not recited in this Ordinance such election <br /> shall be held as provided by law for holding municipal el- <br /> ections in the City of Santa Ans. <br /> <br />n <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />
