In Re Wiring for Electric Iotors In Re Fees for Election Boards In Re OrdinanceS630, calling Bond election for bridges The motion of Trustee Tubbs, that a committee be appointe~ in reference to investigating the advisability of charging a license for wiring for electric motors was seconded by Trustee Greenleaf and duly carried, Trustees Tubbs and Greenleaf being appointed as such committee and report at next meeting. Upon motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf aSd carried, the fees for the different election board~ for holding the Bond election, was placed at $5.00 per person serving on maid Board of election. Ordinance No.630 heretofore introduced,read and referred tc the City Attorney, came up for final consideration, and on motion of Trustee W.A.Greenleaf, seconded by Trustee J.W. Tubbs, the Ordinance was placed on its final passage,the Doll was ordered called, and the vote upon the passage of Ordinance No.630 was as follows: Ayes, Trustees J.W.Tubbs,Geo.McPhee,Walter A.Greenleaf, and A.J.Vlsel, Noes, Trustees None.Absent,Trustees None. Trustee O.H.Maryatt,Not voting. The Ordinance h~ving :eoeived the vote of more than two- thirds of all the members of said Board of Trusteee,A.J. Visel,President of the Board, declared the same passed and thereupon, signed and approved the same, the said Ordinance No.630 being entitled as follows: An Ordinance of the City of Santa Aha, a municipal corporation, incorporated under the laws of the State of California ordering the submissi¢ to the qualified ,oters of the City of Santa Aha, the propo- sition of incurring a bonded debt for the purpose of the a~quisition and construction in the City of Santa Aha of certain municipal improvements, as set forth in Resolution No.594 of said City, consisting of the construction of two bridges erected over and extending across that certain wat course existing in the City of Santa Ana, known aa,named and called Santiago Creek; calling a special election for that purpose,reciting the objects and purposes for which the indebtedness is proposed to be incurred, the estimated cost of the proposed public improvement,the amount of the principal of the indebtedness to be incurred therefor, and the rate of interest ~o be paid on said indebtedness,fixln ~he date on which such special election will be held, the manner of holding such election and the voting for or agai the incurring of such indebtedness and providing that in a particulars not recited in this Ordinance such election shall be held as provided by law for holding municipal el- ections in the City of Santa Ans. n 1
