Boynton <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Patriotic parade <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Holiday, City employees <br /> <br />In Re <br />C.~ C. and M.&M. indorsing bridge bonds <br /> <br />and M.& M. <br /> <br />endorsing Bristol St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />paving <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition to ,ave alley,let and Main <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />W.N.Oarter, policeman <br /> <br />Maryatt,Vlsel and the Clerk. <br /> <br /> The resignation of E.W.Boynton as & police officer <br /> to take effect April lst,191$, was read, and on <br /> motion of Trustee Greenleaf,duly seconded by Maryatt, <br /> accepted. <br /> <br /> A ooomunication from the Liberty Day Patriotic <br /> exercises committee inviting the Board to attend and <br /> appear in the parade April 6th, which will s tart at <br /> 2 p.m., was read and on motion of Trustee Marryatt, <br /> duly seconded hy Oreenleaf, the Clerk was instructed <br /> to notify the committee that the Board would confer <br /> and cooperate with them. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by <br /> MoPhee, and carried, the city employees were granted <br /> a holiday Sat. April 6th, l~l$, between the hours c~ <br /> 2 and 4 p.m. <br /> <br /> A resolution from the Chamber of Commerce and M.& M. <br /> association approving the action of th~ Board of True <br /> tees of the City in calling a bond election for the <br /> purpose of providing bridges across the Santiago <br /> Oreek, was read and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, <br /> duly seconded by MoPhee ordered received and placed <br /> on file. <br /> <br />A communication from the Chamber of Commerce and the <br />M.& M.Assoolation endorsing the immediate lmprovemenl <br />of Bristol St. as planned by the Board of Trustees <br />was read and on motion of Trustee McPhee, duly secon¢ <br />ed by Tubbs ordered received and placed on file. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />· petition signed by property owners representing 55( <br />feet abutting on the first alley East of Main St. <br />lying between First St. on the North and Walnut It. <br />on the South, asking that said portion of alley be <br />paved according to specifications No.~O, for ~ inch <br />concrete base leaving off the asphaltum. On motion <br />of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by MoPhee same <br />was referred to a committee. Trustees MoPhee and <br />Tubbl, being appointed as such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Maryatt ' <br />and carried, W.N.Oarter was appointed a policeman to <br /> <br /> <br />
