In Re <br /> <br />City Hall Janitor <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution Repealing Reeo.~596 <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Instructions to City etty. <br /> <br />Bristol St. paving <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Cypress and Orange Ave. grades <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Petition for lights, Lino~n St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Elks Driveway <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Merchants lights <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Permit to close Street~Auto show <br /> <br />succeed E.W. <br /> <br />On motion of <br />oarried,~.D. <br /> <br />Boynton, resigned. <br /> <br />Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt and <br /> <br />Wlllson was appointed Janitor for the City Hall <br /> <br />Bldg. to succeed W.N.0arter. <br /> <br />A Resolution o£ Intention of the Boa. rd repealing Resolution <br />$596 passed and aproved by the Board of Trustees of the City <br />of Santa Aha on the 4th day of March, 191~, pertaining to the <br />improvement of Bristol Street repealing all proceedings in <br />connection therewith, was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs <br />duly seconded by MoPhee that same be adopted, passed by the <br />following vote,to-wit: <br /> <br />Ayes, Trustees Tubbs,McPhee,Greenleaf,Maryatt and Vlsel. <br /> <br />Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee and carri~ <br />by the following vote: Ayes,Trustees Tubbs,McPhee, Greenleaf, <br />and Visel, Noes,Trustee Maryatt, City Attorney Scott was in- <br />structed to prepare a Resolution for paving Bristol St. from <br />Fifth Street on the North to the City limits on the South, <br />under the plane and profiles that have already been adopted. <br />The City agreeing to pay one-half of the cost for paving said <br />portion of street. <br /> <br />A Resolution of Intention of the Board declaring its lntentlo~ <br />to change, mcdify and re-establish the grads on certain port.i~ <br />of Cypress and Orange Aves. was given ~re~ reading and on <br />motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf,and carrl, <br />referred back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />The petition of property owners on Lincoln St. North of 17th <br />to the City Limits asking for street lights on above portion <br />of street was on motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by <br />Maryatt and carried, referred to a committee. Trustees Green- <br />leaf and Tubbs being appointed as such committee. <br /> <br /> On motion o~ Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br /> carried, Street Supt. OB~en was instructed to see that a pipe <br /> be placed at the Elks driveway and covered with concrete in <br /> order to ma~e sidewalk conditions better at that place. <br /> <br /> On motion d~ly seconded and carried, the committee appointed <br /> in reference to investigating conditions for having the polio, <br /> turn off merchants' lights was omn~inued. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carrie, <br /> permission to close Spurgeon St. between 4th and 3rd, April 2; <br /> <br />~d <br /> <br />n <br /> <br />nd, <br /> <br /> <br />
