In Re <br /> <br />Bread Ordinance <br /> <br />in Re <br /> <br />Demands <br /> <br />E. 4th St. caving <br /> <br />in the future be $100.00 per year. <br /> <br />An Ordinance regulating the sale of bread in the City andes- <br />tabltshtng the standard weight thereof, was glven final read- <br />ing and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf that same be adopted <br />was duly seconded by Tubbs ~nd pa~sed by the following vote <br />to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Tubbe,McPhee, GreenleaS, and Maryatt. <br />Noes, Trustees None. Absent, President Vtsel. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf,the <br />Clerk was inatruoted to draw warrants on the City Treasurer <br />to cover the demands as audited Nos. g44 to 99g inclusive. <br /> <br /> On motion o£ Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf, <br /> <br />S.S. Finley l~to be given written acceptance for paving the <br />right of way of the P.~. on E. 4th St, the Santa Fe tracks <br /> <br />to the City limits, as far as same is completed at this date, <br /> <br /> A motion by Trustee Mc Phis, to adjourn to Friday evening <br /> Jan.llth at 7; 30 p.m. in the Council Chamber for the purpose <br /> <br /> was duly seconded by Greenleaf <br /> <br />cf taking up bridge matters, <br />and carried. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />Clerk, <br /> <br /> <br />
