Ry,Co. accompanied by a voucher <br />for $1gg.59, franchise tax, account of Ordinance No.414, <br />for year ending Jan. 2nd,1915, wa~ on motion of Trustee <br />Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs, same was accepted. <br /> <br />The application of the Cope Electr~c. Co., for permission <br />to hang an electric sign for th~Nash garage, 424 W. 4th <br />St., same was granted on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly <br />seconded, by Greenleaf, subject to the Ordinance and <br />al of the City Electrician. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by McPhee, <br />that in the future any electrical company installing an <br />electric sign without first securing permission from the <br /> <br />in Re <br />Legal proce~3ings <br /> <br />Board, be fined according to <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, <br /> <br />the Ordinance. <br /> <br />duly seconded by Greenleaf, <br /> <br />the Marshal w&a instructed, to see that Herman Novach <br />discontinued his bicycle business at 626 N.Main St. and <br />the Clerk instructed not to issue any license to him or <br />any one connected with the same. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, that a committee be appoin <br /> <br />ed to investigate the running of lrrigation w~ter on North <br />Baker St., was duly seconded by Tubbs, the Chair appointin <br /> <br />Trustees Greenleaf and Tubbs as such committee. <br /> <br /> following motion was made by Trustee McPhee, that it <br /> ~s the w~h of this Board that bonds of the City of <br /> Santa Ana be issued and sold for the acquisition and con- <br /> struction of bridges in and for the City of Santa Ana, and <br /> that the City Attorney is hereby instructed to start pro- <br /> oeedings for that purpose. <br /> <br /> The above motion was duly seconded by Tubbs and passed by <br /> the following vote to-wit:- <br /> Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, McPhee,and Greenleaf. <br /> Noes, Trustees None, not voting Trustee Naryatt. <br /> Absent, President Visel. <br /> <br /> Upon motion of Trustee NoPhee, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />for bridge bonds <br /> and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br />The <br /> <br /> <br />
