Insurance Fund <br />for balance due on City Employees' insurance was allowed <br />less the doctor's fees amounting to $9.00 leaving a balance <br />due the Insurance Fund of $35.£5. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf,the <br />Clerk was authorized to draw warrants on the City Treasurer <br /> <br /> audited at the <br /> <br /> duly seconded by MoPhee and <br /> carried, the bill from the Orange Co.Tltle Co.for $15.40 <br /> for Abstract of Title for property purchased on West Walnut <br /> and First Streets, and the bill of Df.John Wehrly of $7.00 <br /> for professional services were allowed and warrants ordered <br /> drawn for same. <br /> <br /> The motion of Trustee MoPhee that a committee be appointed <br /> in reference to investigating conditions for draining <br /> McFadden St. was duly seconded by Trustee Greenleaf and <br /> carried, Trustees Tubbs and MoPhee, City Engineer Bonebrake <br /> and Street Supt.OBrien being appointed as such committee. <br /> <br /> Resolution 596 a Resolution of declaration and order of <br /> the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Asa declaring <br /> and fixing a change of grade of South Bristol St. the same <br /> being a public street in this City, was e~ read and on <br /> motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br /> <br />same be adopted, passed by the following vote, Ayes,Trustees <br />Tubbs,Mc?hee,Greenleaf,Maryatt and Vleel,Noes,TrueteeeNone. <br /># <br /> <br />Resolution No.599 a Resolution re-adopting plans and profll~ <br /> <br /> and cross-sections for the improvement of Bristol St. wa <br />Resolution adopting plans & profiles <br /> read and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf,duly seconded by <br />Bristol St. <br /> Tubbs that same be adopted, passed by the following vote, <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution to Improve BristolSt. <br /> <br />Ayes,Trustees Tubbe,MoPhee,Greenleaf,Maryatt and Visel, <br />Noes, Trustees None. <br /> <br /> # <br /> A Resolution of Intention by the Board of Trustees of <br /> the City of Santa Asa declaring its intention to improve <br /> a portion of Bristol St. from a point 10 feet South of <br /> its intersection with the center line of West 5th St. <br /> <br />to the City llmiee on the South was <br />and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, <br />referred back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />given first reading <br />duly seconded by Tubbs <br /> <br /> <br />
