On motion of Trustee Tubbs, and On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee and carried, the demand of the State Compens. Insurance Fund for balance due on City Employees' insurance was allowed less the doctor's fees amounting to $9.00 leaving a balance due the Insurance Fund of $35.£5. On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf,the Clerk was authorized to draw warrants on the City Treasurer audited at the duly seconded by MoPhee and carried, the bill from the Orange Co.Tltle Co.for $15.40 for Abstract of Title for property purchased on West Walnut and First Streets, and the bill of Df.John Wehrly of $7.00 for professional services were allowed and warrants ordered drawn for same. The motion of Trustee MoPhee that a committee be appointed in reference to investigating conditions for draining McFadden St. was duly seconded by Trustee Greenleaf and carried, Trustees Tubbs and MoPhee, City Engineer Bonebrake and Street Supt.OBrien being appointed as such committee. Resolution 596 a Resolution of declaration and order of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Asa declaring and fixing a change of grade of South Bristol St. the same being a public street in this City, was e~ read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf same be adopted, passed by the following vote, Ayes,Trustees Tubbs,Mc?hee,Greenleaf,Maryatt and Vleel,Noes,TrueteeeNone. # Resolution No.599 a Resolution re-adopting plans and profll~ and cross-sections for the improvement of Bristol St. wa Resolution adopting plans & profiles read and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf,duly seconded by Bristol St. Tubbs that same be adopted, passed by the following vote, In Re Resolution to Improve BristolSt. Ayes,Trustees Tubbe,MoPhee,Greenleaf,Maryatt and Visel, Noes, Trustees None. # A Resolution of Intention by the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Asa declaring its intention to improve a portion of Bristol St. from a point 10 feet South of its intersection with the center line of West 5th St. to the City llmiee on the South was and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, referred back to the City Attorney. given first reading duly seconded by Tubbs
