In Re <br /> <br />Appolntment,L.C.Rogers,Pollceman <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Transfer of Funds <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Driveway, 6th & Broadway <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Street lights,6th bet.Olive &Shelton carried, <br /> <br />On motion cf Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Maryatt <br />and carried, L.C.Rogere was appointed a police officer <br />appointment to take effect at once and to serve at the <br />pleasure of the Board. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />and carried, the Clerk was instructed to transfer the <br />$5000.00 from the Street Fund back to the special <br />property tax Fund. <br /> <br />On motion duly seconded and carried, that a committee <br />be appointed in reference to investigating the request <br />of the Tricksy Supply Station 6th and Broadway,for <br />permission to lay a pipe covered with concrete for the <br />driveway at their place of business,President Visel <br />appointing Trustees Greenleaf and Maryatt aa such com- <br />mittee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee,duly seconded by Tubbs and <br /> <br />the Southern Cai.Edison Co. were instructed to <br />install two street lights on 6th between 0live & Shelto~.. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt <br />and carried, the Orange Co.Engineering & Construction <br />Co. were granted permission to pave the first alley <br />East of Main St. from let to Walnut according to the <br />petition presented by property owners at last meeting, <br />with the proviso that proper drainage be made at South <br />end of same according to the plans of the Street Supt. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded and carried, <br />the Orange Co. Engineering & Const.Co. were granted an <br />extension of further time of 15 days from the expiration:. <br />of the last extension of time granted. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbe <br /> that a committee be appointed to investigate the cause <br /> of irrigation water on 5th and Baker Sts. President <br /> Visel appointing Trustees Greenleaf and Street Supt. <br /> OBrien as such committee. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee MoPhee,duly seconded by Maryatt, <br /> F.H.Teel was granted permission to remove several trees <br /> in front of his residence 1023 W.Bishop. <br /> <br /> The motion of Trustee Tubbs,that a committee be appoint <br /> <br /> ed in reference to investigating the time of turning <br /> <br /> off certain street lights during the new daylight time <br /> schedule was duly seconded by Maryatt and carried, <br /> <br /> Trustees Tubbs and MoPhee being appointed as such commilltee. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Permission to pave alley <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Permit Orange Co.Eng.& Conet.
