Dlllenbeck to erect a gasoline sl~n in front of hie place of business, 620 N.Maln St,, was on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded that same be refer- red to a committee, Trustees McPhee and Tubbs being appoint- ed as such committee. The application of Waterman & Sweger for a Jitney license accompanied by a $10,O00 bond of the Western Indemnity Co. as surety, to operate a stage line between this City and E1 Toro, was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, license granted, subject to the order of the Rail- road Commission and the bond referred to the President of the Board for approval. # Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, the Clerk was the Board at plaint. duly seconded by Greenleaf, instructed to notify D.W. Tare to appear before its next meeting in reference to garbage com- Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the Auto Show April 22nd,for the benefit of the Red Cross was granted permission to close Third St. between French and Spurgeon in addition to the amount of space pre- viously granted. Upon motion of Trustee McPhee, duly seconded by Tubbs,the So.
