In Re Removal of Scale House Transfer of Funds In Re Instructions,Street Supt.Parton St .open- ing In Re Ordinace prohibiting throwing trash in Santiago Oreck al,o providing for the ie,uanoe amd the sale of th~ bond~ of said City in the ,urn of $?,700 for the ac. quieiticn and construction in the City of Santa Ans of a municipal improvement, to-wit: & bridge over az extending across Santiago Creek at the place where Santiago Creek intersects North Flower St.in the Ci Cf Santa Ans. Prescribing the form of such bonds, fixing the rate of interest to bo paid thereon, the date and place for the payment of said bonds, principal and inter, and further providing & sinking fund for the payme~ and redemption of said bonds,principal and interee~ having been put in proper form and condition for f~ consideration by the Board of Trustees was returned and taken up for consideration,and on motion of Tru tee J.W.Tubbe, seconded by Trustee Geo.¥cPhee and carried, the roll was ordered called, &nd Reeolutio No.600 wa~ passed and adopted by the following vote Ayes, Trustee, Tubbe, MoPhee, (~reenleaf, Maryatt and Vi, Noes,TrusteeeNone, Absent,Trustees, None. The President of the Board of ~Tusteel thereupon signed ~d approved Reaolution The Clerk was then authorized to give the proper notices ~d to ~vertl~e for a~e ~1 of the bonds, t~e issue ~d a~e of which ia provlde~ for In lution No.600, bid, to be received up to t~e ho~ of 7:~0 o'clooh p.m. of May ~th, l~l~.
