In Re <br /> <br />Straightening Santiago Creek <br /> <br />In Re Authority to purchase hay <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Instructed to advertise bids <br /> <br />on hay <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Abandoning alley off 20th St. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution No.601 <br /> <br /> In Re <br />Resolution No.602 <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Resolution to pave alley <br /> <br />In Re c <br /> <br />Resolution to pave Bristol <br /> <br />Oreenlea~, were <br />the Street Dept. <br /> <br />The motion of Trustee Greenleaf that a committee be appointed <br />in reference to investigating conditions for straightening <br />8amtiago Creek at North Main Street was duly seconded by <br />Trustee Tubbs and carried, Trustees Greenleaf,Tubbe and McPhee <br />being appointed as such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee MoPhee, duly seconded by Maryatt and <br /> <br />carried, the Nay committee consisting of Trustees Tubbe amd <br /> authorized to purchase enough hay to tide <br /> over until new oontrant for hay is let. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs,the <br /> <br />Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids to furnish the <br /> <br />from 60 to 1OO tons of baled barley and alfalfa hay. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The motion of Trustee Tubhs that a committee be appointed in <br />reference to investigating the advisability of abandoning the <br />15 foot alley South of 2Otb St. between Bush and Spurgeon <br />wa~ duly seconded by Trustee Greenleaf amd carried. <br /> <br />Trustees Greenleaf and MoPhee being appointed a~ such committe <br /> <br />Resolution No.601 ordering the City Engineer to prepare plans, <br />profiles and cross-sections and specifications for paving <br />alley lying between Lot 15 Witmer and Van Alstyne's Add. and <br />Lot 5 Carpenter's Add. was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbl <br />that same be adopted was duly seconded by Trustee Maryatt and <br />pa~sed by the following vote Ayes,Trustees Tubbs,Oreenleaf, <br />Maryatt and Visel, Noes Trustees None, Not voting, Trustee <br /> <br /> # <br /> Resolution No.602, a Resolution of the Board of Trustees <br /> the City of Santa Aha adopting plans, profiles and cross-sec- <br /> tions and specifications for the improvement of that certain <br /> alley of~ from loth St. and lying between Lot 15,Witmer & <br /> Van Alstyne's Addition and Lot 5 Carpenter's Addition <br /> read and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf that same he adoptea <br /> was duly seconded by Trustee Tubhs and passed by the <br /> vote Ayes,Trustees Tubbs,Greenleaf,Maryatt and Visel, <br /> <br /> Noes, Trustees None,Not voting Trustee MoPhee. <br /> <br /> A Resolution of Intention of the Board of Trustees of the <br /> Oity declaring its intention to improve by the construction <br /> of concrete pavement on that certain alley lying in the City <br /> of Santa Ana off from Eamt 10th St. and lying between Lot <br /> Witmer & Van Alstyne's Addition and Lot 5 of Carpenter's Add. <br /> and taxing the cost of the same to the abutting property owns: <br /> was given first reading and on motion of Trustee Tubbe,duly <br /> seconded by Greenleaf, referred to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Resolution No.60~ a Resolution of Intention by the Board <br /> Trustees of the City of Santa Aha declaring its intention to <br /> improve a portion of Bristol St. from a point 10 ft. South <br /> of its intersection with the center line of ~eet 5th St. <br /> <br /> <br />
