Davidson, State Dlerctor of the <br /> National War Savings Stamp Committee in reference to issuing <br /> a proclamation in the local papers June 2Otb, was read and <br /> on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs, <br /> accepted and ordered placed on file. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded by Gresnleaf,the <br /> petition from property owners on Parton St. between Hiokey <br /> and lOth, asking that said portion of street be improved <br /> under Specifications SS, was referred back for more signatu~es. <br /> <br /> A petition signed by all property owners on Birch et.between <br /> 5th and 6th, asking that said portion of st:est be paved <br /> under Specifications S2, was granted on motion of Trustee <br /> G:eenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded by Greenleaf and <br /> carried, the certificate of John A. McFadden,Agt. for the <br /> London Guaranty & Accident Commission, stating that he had <br /> issued · public liability policy covering the entire liabil- <br /> ity of Wells & Bressler, and that he had ·leo issued an un- <br /> limited oompene&tion policy covering the entire liability <br /> under the provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Insurance <br /> & Safety Act of 1917, St·ts of California, for the building <br /> of the North Flower St. bridge, and agreed that said policies <br /> will not be cancelled without notifying the City in writing <br /> at lea~t five days prior to such cancellation becoming effect- <br /> lye. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Oreenleaf, duly seconded by Maryatt and <br />carried, the certificate of O.M.Robbins & 8on, Agts. for the <br />Globe Indemnity Co. certifying that Chris MoNeill ie assured <br />under poliolesNos.
