Trustee MoPhee, President pro rem of the Board, wam authorize~ to complete the contract with Chris MoNeill for building the North Main St. bridge by sig~lng contract, a~ same to be attested~y the Clerk with the City Seal. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, ~uly zeoonde~ by Tubbz and N.Flower St.bridge carried, ?ruetee MoPhee,President pro rem of the Boar~, authorized to complete the contract with Wells & Breezier, for building the North Flower St. bridge, by signing said contract, same to be attested by the City Clerk with the City Seal. On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly zeoonded by Greenleaf and carried, the Clerk was instructed to notify the 8o. Cal.Edieon Co., and Pac. Tel.& Tel.Oo. that the contra~t h~d been let for building North Main St. brid~e, and work on same to start within ten d&ym and to remove all poles that interfered with the construction of same. Placement of poles to be asoording to instructions of City Engineer Bonebrake, a~d lights on the present bridge be moved for lighting the by-pass on East side of bridge. # On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the Clerk was instructed to notify the P.E.Ry. Co. that the contract had been let for building North Main St. bridge and work to begin within ten days, and any removal be made by them to be done at once aud to make the necessary arrangements for transferring of pa~een- gerz. On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by ~reenleaf and carried, the appointment of J.P.Spaulding a~ Sanitary Inspector ia to be die continued on and after July let,191S, aud Clerk instructed to notify J.P.Spaulding. # On motion of ~ruetee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbe and carried, the Board ratifies ~ater & 8ewer Supt. Reid'z action in making temporary arrangements for sewage of property North of M~ln St. bridge, a~d Clerk instructed to draw & warrant on the Treasury in favor of C.L.Slack for $~.00 zame being for rental in taking care of sewage. # On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, Police Chis Jernigan was instructed to make the necessary arrangements to diver heavy traffic on North Main St. during the building of North Main St. bridge. On motion of Trustee Mary&tt, duly seconded by Tubbe and carried, the proposition of the Elks Band to give 9 oonoertz during the at $?~.00 per concert beginning the evening of July ~rd, l~18, was a~oepted.
