That this proposed work be not ordered done at this time, but that the property ownere interested be hereby notified that the proposed pavement ie considered by this Board ae a public necessity and that it should be undertaken not later than May 15t,1919, and carried forward as speedily as possible to satisfactory completion. That the proposed new pavement both on Main St. and on Fourth St. be constructed with a 5 inch concrete base and at least 1~ inches of asphalt eurface, and that an effort be made to induce the Pacific Electric Ry. Co. for $1271.90, same being balance ~till due the City ~ their agreement for the con- etructlon of the North Main St. bridge. On motion of Trustee Maryatt, duly seconded by Tubbs, that& committee be appointed for the purpose of bettering the Gutter conditions on the South side of 4th St. between Main and Bush Sts. Trustees Tubbs and Maryatt being appointed as such committee. Y
