Encampment, on <br />motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbe, the <br />matter was referred to the Pemk Committee with p~er to a <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />The motion of Trustee Tubbs, that a committee be appointed <br />in reference tc securing a driveway to the dumping ~round <br />on the Newbart Proteol~on District right of way, the tactic <br />was duly seconded by Trustee Chapman and carried, Trustee <br />Greenleaf and Tubbs and City Engineer Hey being appointed <br />as such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by ~reenleaf <br />and carried, Street Supt. and City Engineer Hey was <br />authorized to issue permits for the removal of trees <br />and to issue permits for constructing private driveways. <br />So residents. <br /> <br />On motion of T~uetee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, it is the sense of the Board that all electric <br />signs must be ~llua~.n&t~d~ removed and City Electrician <br />instructed to notify owners of same to that effect. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman, <br /> <br />President Mitchell wa~ authorized to look up the City <br /> and <br />Insurance and have same re-written/to be ratified by the <br /> <br />Boar d. <br /> <br />O~ motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Dale,that <br /> <br />it is the sense of the Board to endorse the ~eeport Harbo: <br />Bond issue, carried. <br /> <br />Continued to Book 6, page 1. <br /> <br /> <br />
