Tn Re Electric signs City Insurance Indorsement Newport Harbor bonds be adopted, passed by the following vote to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Ohapman, Dale,Greenleaf and Mitchell Noes,~one. The request of M.B.Heninger to make sewer connections on Roes St. from Camile to Fairview, preparatory to paving said portion of etreet,wa~ on motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Chapman,the request was granted, and City Attorney instructed to notify all public utilities that the City contemplated paving the above portion of street. # On motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded by Greenleaf, the Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant on the Treasur for S50.00 from the ~e~kfund ia favor of the High School Band for services to be rendered during the G.A.B.Encampm The request of Mr.O.H.Maryatt for the privilege to use th benches from Birch Park during the G.A.R. Encampment, on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbe, the matter was referred to the Pemk Committee with p~er to a # The motion of Trustee Tubbs, that a committee be appointed in reference tc securing a driveway to the dumping ~round on the Newbart Proteol~on District right of way, the tactic was duly seconded by Trustee Chapman and carried, Trustee Greenleaf and Tubbs and City Engineer Hey being appointed as such committee. On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by ~reenleaf and carried, Street Supt. and City Engineer Hey was authorized to issue permits for the removal of trees and to issue permits for constructing private driveways. So residents. On motion of T~uetee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, it is the sense of the Board that all electric signs must be ~llua~.n&t~d~ removed and City Electrician instructed to notify owners of same to that effect. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman, President Mitchell wa~ authorized to look up the City and Insurance and have same re-written/to be ratified by the Boar d.
