Trustees Greenleaf <br /> and Tubbs were appointed as such committee. <br /> <br /> The monthly reports of the Fire Chief,City Recorder,Marshal, <br /> Sanitary Inspector and Building Inspector were referred to the <br /> Auditing Committee, on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded <br /> by Greenleaf and carried. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, the <br /> Clerk was instructed to draw warrants on the City Treasurer <br /> to cover the demands aa auditor, Ncc. 663 to 920 inclusive. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, the <br /> Clerk was instructed to cancel Warrant No.21g in favor of <br /> James O'Brian, for auto rental for Feb.1919. <br /> <br /> Resolution No.619 a Resolution of the Board of Trustees fixing <br /> the compensation of election officers for April 14,1~19, at <br /> $6.00, was read, and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly <br /> seconded by Chapman that same be adopted passed by the following <br /> vote to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Ohapman, Dale, Greenleaf <br /> and Mitchell. Noes, None. <br /> <br /> Resolution NO.620 a Resolution of the Board of Trustees approvin <br /> <br /> the purchase of certain real estate for school pttrposes by the <br />purposes Board of Education of Santa Aha School District, wa~ read, and <br /> <br /> on motion of Trustee Oreanleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs that sam <br /> <br /> <br />
