Hoy and Sanitary Inspector Chandler were <br /> instructed to notify the Btreet employees and the <br /> garbage collector that in the future not to dump any <br /> rubbish or trash on the Newbart Protection district <br /> right of way. <br /> <br /> Hr. Otto MoClure was before the Board with a proposi- <br /> tion to make an exchange with the City for the property <br /> owned by the City on West First St. and used as a <br /> dumping ground for property outside of the City limits. <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs, <br /> the matter was referred to a committee. Trustees <br /> Chapman and Dale being appointed as such committee. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> The matter of insurance on the City Barn, stock ate. <br /> it was decided to re-insure same with the Flremens <br /> Fund, on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded <br /> by Chapman and carried. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, <br /> ~that the City pay for two teams for two days towards <br /> cleaning up the cemetery for Decoration Day. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly <br /> <br />the offer of the Elks Band to give <br /> <br />Band concerts at $?5.00 per concert, was referred to a <br />committee, Trustees Dale and Chapman were appointed as <br /> <br /> such committee. <br /> <br />In Re The motion of Trustee Tubbs,that <br /> <br />Compensation Ins. City employees ed in reference to compensstlon <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Amt. due from Chas.Heil <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Jitney franchises <br /> <br />seconded by Greenleaf, <br />a certain number of <br /> <br />a committee be appoint- <br />insurance for City <br />employees, was duly seconded by Greenleaf, and carried. <br />Trustees Tubbs and Greenleaf being appointed as <br />such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubb$, duly seconded by Chagman and <br />carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to collect <br />from Chas. Hell amount due the City on account of the <br />Grigsby accident of May,191~. <br /> <br />The motion of Trustee Tubbs,that a committee be appoint- <br />ed to inquire and fix up the matter of offering for <br />sale Jitney franchises upon certain streets,was duly <br />seconded by Greenlea~ and carried. <br /> <br />Trustees Greenleaf and Tubbs being appointed as such <br />committee. <br /> <br /> <br />
