In Re Instructions Street Supt. a~d Sanitary Inspector dumping of trash In Re Committee on dump grounds In Re City Barn Insu~ranoe In Re City ~ cemetery clean-up In Be Band Concerts On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman, Street Supt. Hoy and Sanitary Inspector Chandler were instructed to notify the Btreet employees and the garbage collector that in the future not to dump any rubbish or trash on the Newbart Protection district right of way. Hr. Otto MoClure was before the Board with a proposi- tion to make an exchange with the City for the property owned by the City on West First St. and used as a dumping ground for property outside of the City limits. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs, the matter was referred to a committee. Trustees Chapman and Dale being appointed as such committee. # The matter of insurance on the City Barn, stock ate. it was decided to re-insure same with the Flremens Fund, on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chapman and carried. # On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf, ~that the City pay for two teams for two days towards cleaning up the cemetery for Decoration Day. On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly the offer of the Elks Band to give Band concerts at $?5.00 per concert, was referred to a committee, Trustees Dale and Chapman were appointed as such committee. City employees ed in reference to compensstlon In Re Amt. due from Chas.Heil In Re Jitney franchises seconded by Greenleaf, a certain number of a committee be appoint- insurance for City employees, was duly seconded by Greenleaf, and carried. Trustees Tubbs and Greenleaf being appointed as such committee. On motion of Trustee Tubb$, duly seconded by Chagman and carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to collect from Chas. Hell amount due the City on account of the Grigsby accident of May,191~. The motion of Trustee Tubbs,that a committee be appoint- ed to inquire and fix up the matter of offering for sale Jitney franchises upon certain streets,was duly seconded by Greenlea~ and carried. Trustees Greenleaf and Tubbs being appointed as such committee.
