Co. <br /> <br />303 N.Sycamore <br /> <br />track,Myrtle Ave. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Settlement Grigeby matter <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Bide to d~lll Well <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance restricting loads <br /> <br />of vehicles <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Ordinance No.642 <br /> <br />Regulating use of gasoline <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Dale and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed not to issue any more <br />licenses to conduct any business in the building at <br /> <br />30] N.$ycamore, and City Attorney Scott was instructed <br />to start condemnation proceedings against said building, <br />and the Clerk also further instructed to so notify the <br />present tenant. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, <br /> <br /> duly seconded by Chapman and <br />Agreement, Dump ground carried, the President pro tom was authorized to sign <br /> <br /> the contract of Agreement between the City and Frank Thorpe <br /> and wife, in reference to the dumping ground for the <br /> City. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Chapman <br /> and oarrled, City Attorney Scott was instructed to notify <br /> the P.E.Ry. officials to place their track on Maple Ave. <br /> in the center of the street at once. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tuhbs, duly seconded by Chapman, <br /> the City Attorney was instructed to make a settlement <br /> with Mt.thee.Hell for $100 in the Grigeby matter. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Dale, <br /> the Clerk was instructed to advertise for bids to d~ill <br /> a well for th~Water Dept. Bids to be received up to <br /> the hour of 5 p.m. July yth,1919, to be opened at ?:]O <br /> p.m. of the same date. <br /> <br /> . <br /> An Ordinance of the City restricting and limiting the <br /> <br /> weight of loads of vehicles with steel tires, was given <br /> first reading, and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly <br /> seconded by Chapman, referred back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br /> Ordinance No.642, an Ordinance of the City pertaining to <br /> the regulation and use of gasoline, and protection of the <br /> City against fire, providing penalZles for the violation <br /> thereof, and repealing all Ordinances and parts of <br /> Ordinances in conflict therewith, was given final reading <br /> <br /> and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman, <br /> same be adopted ae amended, passed by the following <br /> to-wit: Ayes, Trustees Tubbs,Chapman.
