In Re Plumber's Bond, In Re Private Contractor's D.C. Kent Santa Ana, City Hall, June 23rd,1~19, ?;30 p.m. In Re Eleotrician's Bond Yeyberg Co. In Re Permit to fence alley Kauffman factory and Greenleaf. duly seconded by Dale,Trustee Greenleaf was appointed The application of A.M.Bell,for a license to conduct a restau- rant at ~1026 East 4th St., known as the Depot Restuarant, was gra~ted on motion of Trustee Tubbe, and carried, The application of H.E.Smith,for a permit duly seconded by Dale to close East Fi~th St. from Porter East to Poinsettia in order to start grading for paving same, On motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded by Chapman, permission is granted when application is properly signed and O.K.'d by the Street Supt. The application of A. Comer to erect a tent for revival services on the property of the Christian Holiness Mission on Spurgeon St. was denied on motion of Trustee Tubbs,dul¥ seconded by Chapman and carried, ~me being within Fire District No.1. A protest signed by property owners and residents in the vicinity of ~rd and French Sts. protesting against the removal and maintenance of old buildings at the Southwest corner of said Street, was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman, same was ordered placed on file. The bond of Taylor's Cannery Taylor's Cannery Geo. N. Wright, as sureties, bond for $500 with Jess Albrlght and to do plumbing and gas fitting, wa~ on motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Chapman, license granted and bond referred to the Chair for aprroval. The Bond of D.C.Kent for $500.00 with A.M. Comer, and D. Fickas, a~ sureties, to do private contract sewer connec- tions, cement sidewalk and curbing, was on motion of Trustee Tub~e, duly seconded by Chapman, referred to the Chair for approval when the necessary $50.00 in oamh le deposited with the Street ~upt. The ~ond of Meyberg Co. for $500 to do electric wiring and fixtures with the Royal Indemnity Co. as e~ety, was cn motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Tubbs, license granted and bond referred to On motion of Trustee Tubbs, the Chair for approval. duly seconded by Dale and ca, tied, the request of the Kauffman SpStlight factory for a permit to fence the alley at the rear of their place of business on East First St. was granted temporarily.
