Board met in regular adjourned session. Present, Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Dale and Greenleaf, Absent, President Mitchell. Meeting called to order by Deputy Olerk, Kate Owens, On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman, President pro rem. Santa Aha, City Hall, June 3Otb, 1919, 9 a.m, Trustee Greenleaf was elected In Re Electrician's Bond J. J. Beemer In Re Report on Public and Chlldrcne play On motion of Trustee Tubbs, seconded by 0hapman and carried, the Bond of J.J.Beemer was referred to the President pro rem for approval. # On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Tubbs that the City Camp ground go ahead ~nd olean u~ the old barn site on West Walnut for a ground public camping g~ound e~nd also for a play ground for the children if acceptable to the M.& M. Association, was duly carried by Yn Re Permit Mr. Neal for Auto for Hire In Re Permit N.L.Galbraith In Re President pro tem to sign warrants the following vote, Ayes, Gr eenl ear, Noes, None, Trustees Tubbs,Chapman, Dale and Absent, President Mitchell. % Mr. Neal appeared before the Board and asked permission to run one or two autos for hire, on motion of Trustee Tubbe,seconded by Dale and carried, that license be granted after Mr. Neal has given a Bond and same is approved by the Chairman pro rem. On motion of T~ustee Tubbs that Mr.N.L, Galbraith be given per- mission to use an explosive to loosen a tree stump on the Waffle property on West 5th St. after he has entered into a written contract to indemnify the City for any damages result- ing therefrom, was duly seconded by Chapman and carried.
