Smart <br /> <br />Library Board <br /> <br />InRe <br />Warrants <br /> <br />The monthly reports of the Sanitary Inspector, Fire Chief, <br />building inspector, recorder,marshal and the Clerk were <br />on motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded by Chapman, ~eferred <br />to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br />carried, City Attorney Scott was instructed to draw up a <br /> <br />Resolution pertaining to the cleaning of vacant lots and <br /> and <br />parkings,/the supt. of streets instructed to furnish such a <br /> <br />list giving the name of property owner and location of same. <br /> <br />A motion of Truste~ Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman that a <br />committee be appointed in reference to sewer <br />conditions in the ~haw-Rus~e~l Tract, carried, <br />and Dale bein_~ apTointed as such committee. <br /> <br />Thin being the d~te <br />drilling a well for <br /> <br />carried, Street <br />of Carson Smart <br /> <br />and water <br /> <br /> Trustees Chapman <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Caapman, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br /> <br />carried, J.S. Smart was appointed a member of the Library <br />Board succeeding Dr.G.M.Dobson whose term had expired. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Dale, the <br />Clerk was instructed to draw warrants on the Treasurer to <br />cover the demands as audited, Nos. 1075 to 1260 inclusive. <br /> <br />set for opening bids received f~ <br />the Water Dept. and the sale of the City <br />fertilizer, no bids having been receive~, on motion of <br />Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman that the Chair <br />appoint a committee to eeour~some well driller to drill such <br />a well for the Water Dept. Trustees Chapman and Dale being <br />appointed as such committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs,duly seconded by Chapman m~ <br />carried, City Atty. Scott was instructed to draw up & <br />contract with Shelley Herren whereby the City sells to him <br />all the fertilizer from July 21st to Dec.lst,1)lS, for <br />the sum of $165.00. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and <br />carried, that the Chairman of the Street Committee and <br />Street Supt. be authorized to secure for the public camp <br />grounds, tables,wash racks, fireplace and toilets. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Dalemd <br /> <br /> Supt. Hoy was instructed to secure the services <br /> as Inspector f~r street paving. <br /> <br /> <br />
