A motion by Trustee Greenleaf to adjourn was duly Board met in regular session. Meeting called to order by President Mitchell. Present, Trustees Tubbs,Chapman, Dale, Greenleaf ~inutes of Aug. 4th, read and approved. Santa Aha, Cal. City Hall, Aug. lSth, 1919, ?;30 p.m. and Mitchell. In Re Assessment 1919-20 In Re Permit Fine & Gilbank Bond of O.V.Dart In Re Petition for sewer,Grand Ave. In Re P.E.Curvs Maple St. In Re Petition to pave West 2nd St. A communication from W.C.Jerome,County Auditor stating the assessment of the City as assessed by the County Assessor to be $?,*74,535.oo. seconded by Greenleaf for future reference. # The application of Fine On motion of Trustee Tubbs duly same was accepted and placed on file and Gilhank for permission to erect a brick veneered shed on the rear of lot at corner 3rd and Broadway was granted on motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Tubbs and carried. # The bond of O.V.Dart for $500.00 ae house mover with $.A. Holland and D.P.MoBurney as sureties was on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried referred to the Chair for approval. A petition signed by a number of property owners on Grand Ave. asking that a sewer be constructed on Grand Ave. from Washington Ave. on the South to a point 15 ft. North of the Southeast corner of the property of T.R.Overton. On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded bi Greenleaf, eame was referred back to petitioners for complete frontage, petitioners to pay for full cost. On motion of Trustee Chapman,duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, matters pertaining to the straightening of the P.E.Ry.track on Maple Ave. was referred to the City Atty. A petition signed by a majority of the property owners on West Second St. from Ross to the East line of Baker asking that said p~rtion of street be ordered paved under Spec. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and settled same was granted and the Clerk instructed to notify all Public Utilities of the Board's Action.
