North of the <br />Southeast corner of the property of T.R.Overton. On motion <br />of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded bi Greenleaf, eame was <br />referred back to petitioners for complete frontage, <br />petitioners to pay for full cost. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman,duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />and carried, matters pertaining to the straightening of the <br />P.E.Ry.track on Maple Ave. was referred to the City Atty. <br /> <br />A petition signed by a majority of the property owners on <br />West Second St. from Ross to the East line of Baker asking <br />that said p~rtion of street be ordered paved under Spec. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br /> settled same was granted and the Clerk instructed to notify <br /> all Public Utilities of the Board's Action. <br /> <br /> <br />
