Ditch on East Seventeenth Street was accepted. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbe, <br />the Clerk wa~ instructed to advertise for bide for <br />paving School Property on West Second Street. Bids to <br />be opened ?:50 P.M. Sept. 22, 1919. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenlea~, duly seconded hy <br />Tub~s, President Mitchell was authorized to sign the <br />contract with the Orange County Engineering and Con- <br />etruction Company for paving Grand Avenue from Fourth <br />Street to Santa Clara and a portion of Santa Clara. <br />Payments of 75~ on same to be made on a monthly est- <br />imate and 25% after thirty-five days.
