Present, Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Dale, Greenleaf Minutes of Sept. 2nd read and approved. and Mitchell. In Re Application H.E Carter Dry Cleaning In Re Pacific Coast Warehousemans, Association In Rs Bond of J.i. Groniger In Re R.R.Oommiselon hearing Electric Utilities In Re Permit J.G.Robertson Elco. Co. In Re Communication Dr. Clark Sewer on Grand Ave. In Re Application C.A. Library Board Robinson The application of H.E.Carter for a permit to conduct a dry cleaning establishment at 111 W. }rd St. was ~xanted on motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Dale under the supervision of the Fire Chief. # A oommunidation from the Pacific Coast Warehousemens' Association in reference to truokmen,s license in removing personal property out of the City; on motion of Trustee Tubbs duly seconded bR Chapman the oom~unication was ordered filed. # The bond of J.A. Groniger for $500.00 with the Fldelit~ & Deposit Co. of Maryland to conduct an electrical bugnsss was referred to the President for approval, on motion of Trustee Greenles~f, duly seconded by Dale and carried. A notice from the State R.R.Commission in the matter cf the practice of Electric Utilities as to extension for service, hearing on sams set for Sept. aSth, 1919, at lOa.m. Ninth Floor, Flood Bldg. San Francisco. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale, same was ordered placed on file. The application of J.G.Robertson Elco. Co. for a permit to hang an electric sign at and and Main Sts. for the Cadillac Garage Co. on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the request was granted under the supervision of the City Electrician. A communication from Dr.J.I.Clark, Health Officer in referenc, to the needs of a sewer on Grand Ave. far enough North to connect up all houses was read. On motion of Trustee Oreenle~ duly seconded by Dale the matter was referred to a committee of the whole with Water Supt.Wray and City Engineer Hoy. # On motion of Trustee ~ubbe, duly seconded by Dale and carried, Ohms. A. Robinson was appointed a member on the Library Board to suoeed Oeo.H.Randall deceased.
