On motion of Truetee ?ubbs, duly seconded by ~hapman, the Bond of Nee1 & Clayton to conduct an 'Auto for Hire' service with the Western Indemnity Co. of Dallas Texas, am suretiee, was referred to the President for approval. # On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly eeoonded by Chapman, City Engineer Hoy'e report of the eetimated cost for paving around public school property was accepted and ordered filed. On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Tubbe, the Clerk was instructed to renew the insurance on the the water plant with the Hartford Steam Boiler Insurance Co. Aproteet ei~ned by a number of property owners in the locality of ~? Rlverine Ave. protesting a~ainet the granting of a permit to conduct a cleaning eetabliehment at the above locality. On motion of Trustee Dale duly seconded by Tubbs, & permit for a cleaning establishment .,at ~? Riverine was denied. # Reeolution ~2 ordering and dlredting the Supt. of Streets to abate a certain nuieance of weede and grebe on certain lore and land on streets, was read and on motion of Truetee ~reenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs, that same be adopted, passed by the following vote, Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Dale, ~reenleaf and Mitchell, Noes, Trueteee None,
