Scott being appointed as such <br />committee. <br /> <br /> A petition signed by 20 property owners on East First St. <br /> asking the Board to abate the nuisance of the noise made <br /> by a gas blower used in connection with the Spotlight <br /> factory. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by <br /> Maryatt, the matter was referred to & committee, Trustee. <br /> Tubbs,McPhee and Greenleaf being appointed as such committee, <br /> <br /> The monthly report, of the Fire Chief,Building Inspector, <br /> Marshal and Recorder, were on motion of Trustee Tubbs, <br /> duly seconded by Greenleaf, referred to the Finance Committe~ <br /> <br /> <br />
