Inspector's fees <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Appointment John <br /> <br />Driver Fire Dept. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br /> the Clerk was instructed to draw warrants on the Treasurer <br /> to cover the demands as audited, <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by MoPhee and <br /> carried by the following vote, Ayes, Trustees Tubbs, <br /> Mc?hoe, Greenleaf,Maryatt and Visel, Noes Trustees None, <br /> it ie the sense of the Board to abandon that portion of <br /> Eleventh St. lying East of Spurgeon St., property to revert <br /> back to property owners and owners to sidewalk and curb <br /> the same and pay all costs. <br /> <br /> A Resolution of the Board of Trustees of the City declaring <br /> its intention to widen West Myrtle St., the same being & <br /> public street, in the City of Santa Aha, was given first <br /> reading, and on motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded <br /> by Maryatt, referred to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, dttly seconded by Maryatt, <br /> <br />City Arty. Scott wa~.lnstruo~d to draft a Resolution <br />adopting and approving a certain "Motor Vehicle Bill" <br />now pending in the State Legislature for the more equitable <br />distribution of the Motor Vehicle Fund, and the President <br />of the Board is authorized to sign said Resolution and <br />s,~-e to be forwarded to the proper authorities. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee McPhee, du~y seconded by Greenleaf <br />and carrled, the Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant <br />for $100, out of the Advertising Fund in favor of the <br />committee having in charge the celebration for returned <br />soldiers and sailors. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by McPhee, <br /> <br />the Clerk was instructed to draw a warrant on the Treasurer <br />for $500 from the Advertising l~und in favor of the Chamber <br />of COmmerce for advertising purposes. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Oreenleaf, <br />and passed by the following vote, Ayee,Trustees,Tubbs, <br />Mo?hoe, Greenleaf, Ma~yatt and Vies1, Noes,Trustees None, <br />City Arty. Scott was instructed to amend the Building <br />Ordinance in reference to the Building Inspector's fees <br />same to be fixed at $50 per month salary and fees up to <br />$25.00 inclusive, balance of fees if any to be turned over <br />to the General Fund of the City Treasury. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />smd carried, John La~y was appointed a fire truck driver <br />to fill the vacancy caused by the resignation of Wm.
