Gentlemen: We, herewith offer to buy pf you $234,000.00 pax value, City of Santa Aha Bonds, dated September 1, 19~0, payable twenty- five years from date, one twenty-fifth each on the first day of September at par and accrued interest to date of delivery. We herwwith close our cashiers check for $4,6~0.00 being 2% of the amount we offer. This offer is made subject to you supplying ua at your expense, the opinion and approval of Messrs. O'Melveny, Mlllikin and Tuller, Attorneys, that these bonds are valid obligations cf the City of Santa Aha in the hands of the purchaser. This offer is made subject to your bei able to deliver to us these above mentioned bond in 22~ bonds of the denomination of $1000 eao~, and 2~ bomie of the denomination of each, one twenty-fifth of each denomination bein due and payable each year from date of issuance.
