W. Tubbs, duly seconded by Trus <br /> ee W. A. Greenleaf and carried the bid of Wells and <br /> Bressler of $;2~ per square foot for grading including <br /> all necessary cutting, filling, an~ shaving of every <br /> description and for paving with 5' concrete base, 1-2-4 <br /> mixture, with steel finish as per specifications No. <br /> including the furnishing of all material and all work <br /> incidental thereto for paving of apprczl~a~; <br /> feet of School property on Sycamore Street, was accept. <br /> ed and the City Attorney instructed to prepare the nec- <br /> ees ary contract for same. <br /> <br /> An ordinance amending Ordinance No. 6~, of the Bull. dis <br /> Ordinance marling a new section and providin~ for the <br /> closing of opening~ through floors, for chimneys, water <br /> gas vent, and hot air pipes, or for other purposes was <br /> given first re,ding and on motion of Trustee ~reenleaf <br /> duly seconded by Tu0bs and carried, same was referred <br /> back to the City Attorney. <br /> <br />An Ordinance fixing the license fee of advertisers for <br />treatment of bodily illness and fixing the license fee <br />and penalty for violating said Ordinance was given firs~ <br />reading and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded <br />~y Chapman and carried, same was referred back to the <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6?0 baying been put in formal condition <br />for final action by the Board of Trustees was taken up <br />and considered and on motion_~of Trustee W. A. ~reenleef <br />seconded by Trustee O. H. C~apman, and carried, the <br />.rollw as called and Resolution No. ~ passed bythe <br /> <br />followinB vote: Ayes, Trust=es J. W. Tubbs, C. H. Chap- <br />man, H. H. Dale, W. A. Greenleaf and John G. Mitchell/ <br />No~s: Trustees, none.
