In Re Resolution No. 6?2 In Re Sa~e of Bonds. Approved: ard of C~%y Trustees. Trustee Tubbe introduced a Besolution providing for the form of municipal bonds to be issued by the ¢ltylof 8ants Aha in the sum of $234,000.00 authorized at th, special election called and held July 20th, 1920 and providing for the placing of the money derived from the aa]e of said bonds in the municipal treasury to the credit of the different and separate funds fo: which the same was voted. The Resolution was read, and considered and designated Resolution No. 672 and on motion of Trustee W. A. Greenleaf, seconded by Trustee H. H. Dale, and carried, the roll was called arid Resolution Nc. 6?2 was passed and adopted by t he following vote: Ayes: Trustees Mitchell, Tubbs, Chap. man, Dale, Greenleaf. Noes: Trustees None, Absent: Trustees, None, and the ease was thereupon eeclared passed by the President of the Board of Trustees. # Pursuant to the terms of Resolutl~on No. 672 of the City of Santa Ana, the Board of Trustees determined to sell the bonds of said City at privste sale and the First National Bank of the City of Santa Aha haw, lng presented a~ filed its bid for the whole $234,000.00 worth of said bon~, at par and all in- terest accrued et the date of their delivery and accompanied said bid with a check duly certified and 'payable to the City of Santa Aha inthe sum of aa evidence of good faith, and the eald bid being th, highest and bast hid made or reclved, it was accepteJ and the municipal bonds of the City ef Santa Aha, in the sum of $234,000.00 to be represented by 225 bonds in the denomination of ',~1,000 each and bonds in the denomination of $360 each, all dated September 1st, 1920 and payable in 25 equal annual installments being an annual payment of $9,360.00 commencing September let, 192~ and bearing interest at the rate of 5~% per annum payable semi-annually the First National Bank of the City was awarded to Santa Ans.
