AVpolntment effective <br /> 19~0. <br /> <br />City Engineers Hoy's report in reference to conditions <br />of the pavement in the alley between 5rd and 4th St. <br />French and Broadway was read and on motion of <br /> <br />Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, <br />the report was accepted, and on motion of Trustee <br />Tub~s, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, City <br />Attorney Scott was instructed ~o draw up the necessary <br />resolution of intention of improving said portion of <br />alley with concrete. <br /> <br /> <br />
