The motion of Trustee D~le that a committee be appointed in reference to metter pertaining to a City Charter was duly seconded by Chapmen and carried by the following vote, to-wit: Ayes: Trustees TubOs, Charmin, Dale, ~reenleaf and ~itchell. Noes: Trustees, None. Trustee~ D~]e, Chapman and Greenteaf were appointed on suc~ committee. On motion of Trustee Chspm:%n and carried, Tubbe, duly seconded by City Attorney Scott was in- strutted to prepare ~ Ordin5nce rescinding or- i~nance No. 592, relative to County Assessments and Ts× Collecting in reference to City Taxes. On motion of Trustee Tubbe duly seconded by Ch~pmon and c~rried, '~y Attorney Scott was in- structed te prepare an ordinance creatin~ the offices of City Assessor and Tax Collector, and have s~meready at the neet meeting of the Board.
