W. <br />Agent for p~miSsion to <br />cling tanks between the <br /> <br />Slaybaugh, County Purchasing <br />install 2 under ground gas- <br />curb and sidewalk on Church <br /> <br />Street in <br />on m~tion <br />carried, <br />~ourger. <br /> <br /> front of the new County Garage wee granted <br /> <br /> of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Del e and <br />under the zuperviaion of Fire Chief Luxen- <br /> <br /> A petition signed by a large number of property owners <br /> and residents in the neighborhood of Cypress Avenue <br /> and let Street, petitioning the Board to refuse a <br /> permit for the construction cf building of a creamery <br /> or dairy building in that locality , was read and on <br /> motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br /> carried, the matter was referred to the board as a <br /> committee aa a whole to report at next meeting. <br /> <br /> F. M. Grigel~y was before the Board protesting against <br /> the proposed establishing of a Mule ~arket on East <br /> <br />~, 2nd near Garfield. The matter was refemred to the <br />Board &s a committee as ~ whole, On motion of Trustee <br />Tubbs, duly se~-onded by Dale and carried. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubba, duly seconded ~ Da3 e and <br /> carried, E. A. Kratzar was granted a permit to give <br /> free entertainments and lectures on medical topics <br /> on the vacant lot opposite Birch Park, corner 3rd and <br /> Birch. Permit granted subject to the pleasure of the <br /> Board. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and <br /> carried, the offer of t?~ Santa And B~nd to give a <br /> number of concerts at Birch P~.rk during the summer <br /> was accepted. 21 pieces at $3.OO each with ~6.O0 <br /> addition for the director, per concert starting Wed- <br /> nesday, July 21st, 3920. <br /> <br />In Rs <br /> <br /> <br />
