D, Ball and C. A. Robinson <br />were re-appointed as members of the Library Board. <br /> <br />Several ladies, owners of property near 3rd end <br />French Streets were before the board comwl~tning <br />about the storage of several tons of hay at <br />and French; also about the cleaning establishment <br />near-by. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly se- <br />conded by Greenleaf and carried, the matter was <br />referred to the Fire Committee. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tub~s, duly seconded by D~le <br />Ad carried the Clerk wa sinstructed to draw <br />warrants on the Treasurer to cover the demands <br />audited at Finance meeting. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee-Tubbe, duly accorded by Dale <br />and carried Trustee Greenleef and eenitary In- <br />spector Chandler were aprointedas a committee to <br />procure a place for the storage of waste paper <br />and bailing of <br /> <br /> The motion of Trustee Tubbs that a committee <br />be apvointed with the advisability of preparing <br />an Ordinance regulating tonnage carried on Truske <br />carried over the city streets., was duly seconded <br />by Greenleaf and carried. Trustees Tubbs, Green- <br />leaf and ~ale being appointed as such committee. <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 660, A resolution of the Board sur. <br /> rendering the franchise granted under Ordin=ncs <br /> No. 330 ~ provided for in said Ordinance to C. <br /> B. Frase on the l~th day of November, 1902 was <br /> read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly second- <br /> ed by Greenleaf that same be adopted pss~ed by th~ <br /> follo~in~ vote. Ayes: Trustees, Tubby, Dale, Gree~ <br /> leaf and Mitchell. Noes: Trustees, none. Absent? <br /> Trustee Chapman. <br /> <br /> . <br /> <br /> A motion by Trustee Tubos to adjourn to July 12th <br /> 1920, 7:30 P.
