On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and carried, Dr. C. D, Ball and C. A. Robinson were re-appointed as members of the Library Board. Several ladies, owners of property near 3rd end French Streets were before the board comwl~tning about the storage of several tons of hay at and French; also about the cleaning establishment near-by. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly se- conded by Greenleaf and carried, the matter was referred to the Fire Committee. On motion of Trustee Tub~s, duly seconded by D~le Ad carried the Clerk wa sinstructed to draw warrants on the Treasurer to cover the demands audited at Finance meeting. # On motion of Trustee-Tubbe, duly accorded by Dale and carried Trustee Greenleef and eenitary In- spector Chandler were aprointedas a committee to procure a place for the storage of waste paper and bailing of The motion of Trustee Tubbs that a committee be apvointed with the advisability of preparing an Ordinance regulating tonnage carried on Truske carried over the city streets., was duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried. Trustees Tubbs, Green- leaf and ~ale being appointed as such committee. Resolution No. 660, A resolution of the Board sur. rendering the franchise granted under Ordin=ncs No. 330 ~ provided for in said Ordinance to C. B. Frase on the l~th day of November, 1902 was read and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly second- ed by Greenleaf that same be adopted pss~ed by th~ follo~in~ vote. Ayes: Trustees, Tubby, Dale, Gree~ leaf and Mitchell. Noes: Trustees, none. Absent? Trustee Chapman. . A motion by Trustee Tubos to adjourn to July 12th 1920, 7:30 P. M. was duly seconded by Dale and carried.
