W. Tubbe, duly second- ed by Trustee W. A. Oreenleaf and carried, to open all bide received. No bide hAVing been received the Board proceeded with other busi- ness. In Re Co~munioation, Ba~ of Italy In Re Grand Avenue Paving In Re Designation of Bonds Resolution later Trench, A oom~unioation from the Bank of Italy from their head office, San Francisco, California, stating that the Bank ~ interested in the issue of the S~3~,000 Bond~ and if no sale was made, to be very glad to arrange a plan whereby the City might be able to dispos& of the bond~ and proceed w~th t he construction program. On motion of Trustee C. H. Chapman duly seconded by Trust I. A. Greenleaf and carried, the oome~Anioation was accepted and ordered p~a~ed on file for future referent A report from ~. ~. On motion of Trustee 8reenleaf duly seconded by Tubbs, and carried, the re- port wa~ accepted sad ordered filed. Trustee J. ~.
