Hoy was i~atructed to immediately repair North Main Street from Santa Clara to the City Limits and Santa Clara from Main to Broadway and charge same to the special Motor Vehicle Fund. # On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Tuhbs and carried, City Engineer Hoy wa. instructed to pre- pare plans and Specifications for paving Orange Avenue from Bi,hop to McFadden. # On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by and carried, City Engineer Hoy was lmtructed to secure the meceseary right-of-way for the proposed new sewer lineS°' President Mitchell having announced that this was the date .et for opening bids received for the sale of City Garbage of December let, 1920, to July 1. t, 1922 and on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the Clerk wa. ln. tructed to open bids oeive~.
