Santa Aha City Hall October 4th, 1920 7:30 P. '~. Abe en t: Minutes In Re Board met in regular session. Meeting called to order by Pres. Mitchell. Present: Trustees Tubbs, Chapman, Greenleaf and ~ltohell. Trustee Dale. of September 20th approved as Communication State Board of Health read. A communication from the State Board of Health, Permit- E. Co~ley. In Re Plumbing Bond. E. V. Herr urg- ing the City to send its Health 0fficerto the annual convention of Health Officers to be held in Chico November ~th to llth inclusive. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by C~apman and carried , action was deferred to next meeting. # In the matter of the petition of E. E. Cooley to modify Section 11, of Ord. No. 625 in order to grant him a permit to build 4-4 room Apartment F~e~m,es on lot 4~, of the Park Tract Edition. Permission was granted on motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded o¥ Tubbe and carried. # On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Trustee Tubbs, and carried, the plumbing bond of A. V. Herr for $500.00 with W. B. Williams, and J. H. Turner as sureties was referred to the chair for approval. In Re 'Street Improvement Eord. In Re Cement sidewalk bond, Fngl i eh. In Re Monthly reports. Bond, Kdwar d C. Bond of B. andM. C. chair for On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Trustee Chapman and carried, the Street Improvement R. Ford, for $5,0OO.00 with A. G. Wright B. Ford as sureties, was referred to the approval. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf dtuly~econded by True ee Tubbs and carried, the bond of Edward C. English for $500.00 with the Mass. Bonding and Ins. Company as surety to do private contract cement sidewalk and curbing was referred to the chair for approval. # The monthly reports of the Recorder, Supt. of Street~ S~nitsry and Building Inspectors, were on motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Trustee Greenleaf m~ carried, referred to the finance committee.
