In Re <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Barley and Hay Bide. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Bids for cast iron pipe. <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Bid for Boilers <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Width of Sycamore Street <br /> <br />In Re <br /> <br />Subdivison plat 129 <br /> <br />On motion o f Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chap- <br />man and carried, the Clerk was irs tructed to drew <br />warrants on the Treasurer to cover the demands as aud <br />ired by Finance committee. <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded <br />Chapman and carried, the Clerk was instructed to open <br />bids received for furnishin~ the City with ~ tone of <br />rolled barley, also 36 tone of barley and 15 tone of <br />alfalfa hay. One bid being received , that of R. <br />Frank Parker who bid $2.35 per 100 for fu~nishing <br />tone of barley. No hay bide were received. On motio <br />of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and <br />carried, the bid of R. Frank Parker was rejected. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Trustee <br />Tubbs and carried, the Clerk wae l~ruoted to ~pen bi <br />received for furnishing the City with 1752 feet, <br />cast iron pipe. One bid was received, that of the <br />American Cast Iron Pipe Company, who bid as follows: <br /> <br />6" B. 8, S. C I Pipe - 12 feet or 16ft lengths, class <br />"B" A. W. W. A as s~ecified at $1.67 per lineal foot <br />or the same quanti%y 6" ola~s B electric cast iron <br />pipe.either 12" or 16" lengths, guaranteed for ~6 <br />pounce working pressure at $1.62 per lineal foot. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, tha~ the bid be taken <br /> under advisement and to report at next meeting was <br /> duly seconded by Trustee Greenleaf and carried. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by Trust <br /> ee Tubbe and carried, the Clerk was instructed to <br /> open Olds received for furnishing the City with <br /> <br /> 200 H,P. Boilers, for the Water Plant. Two bids war, <br /> <br /> opened, Llewellyn Iron Works,S1?,566 for ~-200 H.P. <br /> Llewellyn Water Tube Boilers, and <br /> <br /> Charles Terry who bid $15,OOO for 2-2?0 H.P. <br /> Iron Works Co's. Safety Water Tube Boilers. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Caapman, duly seconded by Trust~ <br /> Greenleaf and carried, the bide were taken under ad- <br /> visement and to report at next meeting. <br /> <br /> The motion of Trustee Tuooe, that it is the sense of <br /> the Board that Sycamore Street from loth to Weehingt~ <br /> Avenue, be 40 feet in width f~om curb to curb, was <br /> duly seconded by Trustee Greenleaf amd carried. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee <br /> <br />Chapman and carried, the <br /> <br />Pla~ 129 a eubdivls.ion <br /> <br /># <br /> <br />Tubbs, duly seconded by Trustee <br /> Board approved Subdivision <br /> on West Washington Avenue. <br /> <br />n <br /> <br /> <br />
