Hoy was instructed to have <br />the parking spaces on streets re-painted. <br /> <br />The re~o=t of the Street S~pt. recommending the accept <br />anco of the paving fronting on the Santa Fe Railway <br />peoperty East Fourth Street, and the acceptance of the <br />pavement on Pine Street from Hickory to Cedar same hay <br />ing been completed aocordin~ to plans and specification <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbe, duly seconded by Trustee <br />Greenleaf and carried, the report was accepted and <br />ordered filed. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Chapman <br />and carried, C~ty Engineer Hoy was instructed to pre- <br />pare plans aha specifications for paving School propert <br /> <br />Trustee W. A. Greenleaf, chairman of the committee <br />appointed in reference to opening a street through from <br />Orange Avenue to ~ain below bishop made the following <br />recommendation that ~ubbon Street be opened from Main <br />to the P. E. Railway, and that & district be formed <br />from Bishop Street on the North to McFadden Street on <br />the South, and from Main Street on the West to the P. <br />Railway on the East. On motion of T~ustee Tubbe, <br />that the report be accepted and the district formed, <br />was duly seconded by Trustee C~apman and carried. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greanleaf <br />and carried, the Clerk was instructed to advertise for <br />bids for paving approximately ~,$00 square feet of <br />school property on Sycamore Street under revised epe- <br />cific&tions No. g?, Olds to'be opened ?:30 P. M. Ootobe <br />lgth, 1920. The City reserving the right to reject <br /> <br />any and all bids. <br /> <br /> <br />
