Lantz and <br /> <br /> conduct a Pool and <br /> <br /> Cot. of 5thi <br /> <br /> duly <br /> <br />ascended by Greenleaf and carried, City Attorney Scott <br />was instructed to amend the Ord. pertaining to the govez <br />lng of Pool and Billiard Parlors for greeting such a <br />permit as asked for. <br /> <br />The Bonds of T. B. Elliott for plumbing and electric <br />work for$500 each with Chas. B. Morgan and R . Earl <br />Elliott as surety, was on motion of Trustee Greenlesf <br />duly s~,~sd by Dale and carried, referred to t he chair <br />for approval. <br /> <br />The report off, Supt. Hey la reference to the amount of Oil <br />and Gasollme used by the different depsmtments of the <br />City was accepted . On motion of Trustee Green~eaf duly <br />~econded by Tubbs and carried, the ~lerk was instructed <br />to make the necessary charges. <br /> <br /> approved as read. <br /> <br /> The request of C. D. Munger for a permit to conduct a <br /> small Grocery Store on the Auto Camp grounds was denied <br /> on ~otion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chap- <br /> man and carried. <br /> <br /> # <br /> <br /> The requsst of C. A. Bell for a permit to conduct a <br /> Lunch Wagon at the Cot. of 4th and Broadway was on merle <br /> of Trustee D&]e, duly seconded hy Chapman and carried, <br /> referred to ~he Police and StreettOommittees. <br /> <br /> A communication from Prof. Guetlin t banking the Board <br />Gustlin for the Co-operation extended during the community <br /> Christmas cervices amd suggesting that a piano and about <br /> 30 additional folding chairs be provided. 0 n motion <br /> of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf,~he oom- <br /> mmmioatton ee~ozdered received and placed on file. <br /> <br /> <br />
