Carlisle for a permit to conduct <br />a repair chop at 1~O2 W. 5th St. The motion of Trustee <br />Greenleaf that a permit be granted was dm!y seconded <br />by Chapman and the motion was lost by the following <br />vote: Ayes, Trustees Chapman and Greenleaf, Noes: Trust <br />eec Tubbe and Mitchell. Absent: Trustee Dale. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Greenleaf <br />and carried, the bid of W. C. Seoombe to construct <br />approximately 52~O feet of lB'; 3630 ft. of 15#; 1320 <br />ft. of 12'; 3400 ft. cf lO~ concrete sewer pipe at <br />per lineal foot and for the estimated ? man holes <br />$49.00 each. for the construction of the eetima~ed 12 <br />lantern holes, $1.00 each., was accepted and City <br />Attorney lnst~uctedto prepare the necessary contract <br />for same. ~he Clerk wac also instructed to return the <br /> <br />certified checks to <br /> <br /># <br /> <br /> On motion~ T~uetee <br /> <br />the unsuccessful bidders. <br /> <br />Chapman duly seconded by Tubbe and <br /> <br /> carried, the Clerk wac instructed to advertise for new <br /> bids for the construction of a Fire Hall, according <br /> to revised plane and specifications ae designed by <br /> architect W.
