In Rs Request to extend Fire Limits Santa Aha City Hall April 4th, 1921. ?:~0 P. M. The offer of S. 0. Dawson of ~35.00 for the gravel that ia in the Olty Gravel Pl~ on N. Flower St. for the next six months wes rejected, on motion of Trustee Greenle~f Auly seconded by Dale and carried. A petition signed by a number of plumbers, plumbing con- tractors and building contractors, asking the ~ard to at retain the present plumbin~ inspector, statin~ that/the present time the City of Santa Aha has one of the best plumbing systems through its houses, that will be found in this section of the country; thus attained through the competent and efficient inspection. The petition was read and on motion cf Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, received and placed on file. # In the matter of the petition of property owners asking that necessary steps be taken f~r the paving of Cypress Ave. from Chestnut to McFadden, with a two layer asphalt ic concrete 5 inches thick, inst.ead of a cement concrete and asking to withdraw their ~a~aee from the former pe- tition now on file. On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the petition was refer- red to the City Engineer for checking against the form- er petition, and instructed to prepare the necessary plane and specifications for paving the above portion of street. Thc request and offer of Amllng Bros. for the install- ation of a 4" water pipe line to their greenhouse in the Western part of the City and offering to pay for the lin~ providing' the City will rebate them on their water On motion of Trustee Chapman duly seconded by Dale and carried, the offer and request was granted. Col. ~. H. Finley was before the Board and made a re- quest that the Fire limits on E. 4th St. be extended. motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded by Chapm~n s.nd carried, the motion was referred to a com. of the whole.
