Clapp depositect & bond for ~00.00 for 9treat, sidewalks, curbs etc. and when said bond was approved ~y the ~reeident of the Board of Truetee~, the Clerk should sign the Boards approval to Map Tract 2~?, a eubdiv£sion on Or&age Avenue, ~nown a~ Harwood .~laoo.
