On motion of Trustee Greenleaf duly seconded b7 Tubbe and carried, the request was granted and the Clerk instructed to so notify al! Public util- ities and the City Engineer authorized to Plans and specifications for same. # The bonds of Steele Finley for $500.00 to do private contract sewer work; 9. J. Finn for $~00.00 ?luaber'4 and Gas Fitters Bond~ Clyde Gates for $~00.00 private contract cement Charles F. Carll~n $~00,00 for Pl~uaber's & Gal Fitters Bond, were on motion' Of Trustee Dale d~Aly seconded by Tubbs and carried, referred to the ohai~ for approval. On motion of Trustee ~reenleaf duly seconded by Oha~ man and carried, Street Supt. Dah~ was lnstruote~ to remove the present 'barricades' closing Hiokey St. between Olive amd Flower' Streets, and to close the y~d,.~om Sraffic. A remonstrance eig~ed by seventy-one property on North Main, ~ainzt the p~otest filed by certain owners of corner lots on said N. Main Street, pro- testing against the azsezsment levied under ~nd by virtue of Street Improvement Act of l~ll, requestin the Board to disallow said protest and maintain th~ assessment az submitted by Street Supt. Dahl. Several witnesses for and against t~e aszessment heard. On motion of Trustee Chapaan duly seconded Greenleaf and carried, the matter of adjustment continued to Monday, Jan. 2~rd, 1~2, at ~: P.
