On motion of Trustee Da]e, duly seconded by Creen- leaf and carried, the monthly reports of the vartou~ City Officers were referred to tbs Finance Committe, On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by arsen- ical and carried, the Clerk was insti~cted to draw warrants on tbs Treasurer to cover the demands as audited by the Finance Conm-dttse. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the pretest against paving West Sixth Street from Shelton to Bsker at t?~s tln~e, was sustained. Street Superintendent Dahl filed a report in refer- ence to the co~pletlon of the sidewalk, curb and sewer on West Camile Street between Flower and Shelton as arreed to by J. Brooks, stating that same had been constructed to his satisfaction and ~ecom- mended that the certified check put up as a Bond be returned to hin,. 0n n~otion of TY~ustee Chapman, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the recommendation and report was accepted. 0rdinanc~ No. 688, entitled "An Ordinance of tbs City of Santa Aha acce~tlng certain streets thereto on behalf of said City, naming tbs same and original fixing and establ~shlng tbs grade thereof'!, having been submitted to tbs City Attorney and fpecial Counsel, came on for final consideration, was re~d, and Considered; the roll was called and the Ordinance passed by the followlug vote: Ayes: Trustees J.
