105. In 1~ Sewer N. W. Part of City. In Re Spurgeon Street ~ewer, In Re Boulder Dam. In Re Oil and Gravel Buffalo Avenue. In Re Bids on City Printing and Advertising. On motion of T~ustee Chapman, duly seeonded by Tubbs and carried, the City Engineer was instPucted to pre- pare plans and specifications to cover sewer district in the Northwestern part of the City, as per drawing submitted by the Sewer Superintendent. On motion of T~ustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chap- man and carried, petition for se~er on Spurgeon Street was denie~ , A communieatlon from Mayor Bacon of San Diego, re- questing presence of representatives at a meeting to be held in San Diego Aug.lltb, with reference to the Boulder Dam situation, was ~ead. On motion of Trustee Dale, seconded by Chapman and carried, the Chairman of the Board was instructed to attend the meeting. On motion of T~ustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Chap- man and carried, the petition for oil and gravel on Buffalo Avenue was referred back to the property with recommendation that a better class of pavement be constructed. . On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Tubbs and carried, the Clerk was instructed to open bids receive¢ for City printing and advertising.
