In Re 'Resolution 819 iOrdering Plan~ an4 Spec. ·est Myrtle Street. 109 On motion of Trustee Dale, duly seconded by Chapman and carried Tract No. 286 was accepted and bond for $S00 is to be filed with the City, covering the completion of sidewalks and curbs. to check grades to the Board as An~ew Cock presented petitions signed by forty-two property owners requesting the City to make provision for the ~dequate d~ainage of South M~in Street in or, er to take care of storm water from the City streets. On motion of ~¥ustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the matter was referred to the City Engineer and conditions and make recommendation soon as possible. On motion of ~k~ustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Greenleaf and carried, the Street Superintendent was instructed to erect "Closed to Hearty ~affic" signs ~n Broadway at S~nta Clara, S~venteenth, Washington Avenue, Tenth and Hickey Streets. Street Superintendent Dahl reported that the Construc- tion of curb, sidewalk, sewer and paving has been com- pleted on Camile Street between Flower and Shelton. On motion of Trustee Greenleaf, duly seconded by Tubbs report was accepted. and carried, Trustee C. H. Chapman introduced a resolution requirin plans and specifications and estimates of cost for the improvement by the construction of sewers therein in portions of certain streets in the City of Santa Aha, being a portion of No~th Artesia Street, West Washing- ton Avenue, West Hiokey Street and North Baker Street. The resolution was ordered.filed, read, considered, designated Resolution Ordering Plans and Specificatiom No. SlB. The roll was called and the resolution passe¢ by the vote of the following named members of the Board of Trustees: Ayes: Trustees J.W.T~bs, C.H. Cbapman, H.H.Dale, W.A.G~eenleaf ~nd John G.
