Board met in regular session. Meeting called to order by President Mitchell. Present: Trustees J.W.Tubbs, O.H. Chapman, W.A.Greenleaf. Absent: Trustees None. In Re Bond - E. L. Finch In Re City Printing. In Re Petitions to pave Sr~ & Artesia Streets. In Re Petition for Sewer N. Spurgeon Street. In Re Street Light. In Re M~p Tract No. 319. Santa Aaa 0ity Hall. Au~. 14th, 1922. ~:50 P. M. H.H.Dale, On motion of T~ustee Oreenleaf, duly seconded byDele and carried, the bond of E. L. Finch for electrical ~ork, was referred to the t~nair and City Electrician for approval. On motion of ~h-ustee Tubbs, duly seconded ~Dale and carried, the bid submitted by G. P. Campbell for City printing, was accepted. . Petitions signed by a number of property ~wners were presented for the paving of Artesia Street between I~ and Second and Thir~ Street between.A~-tesia and Weste~ Avenue. On motion cf T~ustee Oreenleaf, duly seconded by Emle and carried, it was decided that proceedings covering Artesia Street from ~econd. to ~ifth Street should be delayed three weeks in order that these streets may be included under same proceedings. On motion of T~ustee Chapemn, duly seconded by TubBs and carried, it was decided to put North ~pu~geon Street under proceedings for sewer and the City Engi~ instructed to prepare plans and specifications for same. A street light has been ordered in at Cubbon S~c~eet and Orange Avenue. Mr. ~ulian was before the Boa~-d asking that this light be installed between Cubbon and McFadden on Oypress A~emue instead of above loca- tion. On motion of T~ustee ~le, duly seconded by Chapman a nd carried, the matter was refer~ed to the Street Committee with power to act. On motion of ~-ustee Tubbs, duly seconded l~Green- leaf and carried, the Clerk was instructed to sign the ~oard's approval to Map Tl~act No.'.319.
