On motion of i~ustee <br />Tubbs, duly seconded by Dale and carried, same <br />was referred to the City Engineer for checking. <br /> <br />Statement as filed by the Pacific Telephone and <br />Telegraph Company showing gross revenue for year <br />ending August 19th, 1922, as $10B,889.04 was, on <br />motion of Trustee 6"newman, duly seconded by Dale <br />and carried, accepted end placed on file. <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Chapman, duly seconded by <br /> Dale and carried, the City Engineer wac instr~ <br /> to draw plan and profile of proposed sewer on <br /> North Rose Street from 1Vth to 19th Street. <br /> <br /> " <br /> <br /> On motion of Trustee Tubbs, duly seconded by Dald <br /> and carried, the City Engineer was instructed to <br /> establish grades on Linwood Avenue from Eastside <br /> Avenue to Fourth street for the construction of <br /> sidewalks and curbs. <br /> <br />A petition was presented for the improvement of <br /> Linwood Avenue from Eestside Avenue to Fourth <br /> Street with five inches of concrete with belt <br /> finish wearing surface. On motion of T~uetee <br /> C"napman, duly seconded by T~bbs and carried, the <br /> City Engineer was instructed to prepare plans an~ <br /> specifications for same. <br /> <br /> Mr. Knox reported that the only solution for <br /> proper handling of Storm water on South Main <br /> Street is to pave street adjacent to McFadden <br /> Home T~aet No. S. On motion of T~uetee Tubbs, <br /> duly seconded by Chapman and carried, the matter <br /> was referred back to the City Engineer for check. <br /> ing. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ward wes before the Board requestin~ the <br /> installation of a fire alarm box at the corner <br /> of Second and Lacy Streets.
