In Re Resolution of Intention West 6th ~' Olive Sts. In Re Resolution No. 824 Ordering Plans & Spec. West Nineteenth St. In Re Ordinance Pstablishing Grades - E. Santa Clara, Central Ave., Eastside Ave, Fruit~treet, etc. ~h~ustee J. W.Tubbs introduced a resolution declaring, it to be the intention of the Board of Trustees of the City of Santa Ana, to order work done and im- provement made upon that portion of an open public street in the City of ~anta Aha cormnonly known as West Sixth Street, which extends from the east line of North Broadway to the west line of North Baker Street and also declaring it to be the intention of! the Board of Trustees to order work done and improve~ ment made upon that open public street in the City or Santa Ana commonly known as Olive Street and which extends from the north line of West Fourth Street the south line of West Sixth Street. The resolution was ordered filed, read, con- sidered and designated Resolution of Intention No. 823. The tell was called and the Resolution passed by the vote of the following named members of the Board of T~ustees, to wit: Ayes: Trustees J. W. Tubbs, H.h.Dale, W. A. Greenleaf. Noes: Trustees None. Absent: Trustees C.H.O"napman, John G. Mitchell. T~ustee H. H. Dale introduced a resolution requiring plans and s~mecifications for the improvement of a portion of West Nineteenth Street. '£~e resolution was ordered filed, read, con- sidered and numbered Resolution No. 824, the roll was called and the Resolution passed by the vote of the following named members of the Board to Trusteel Ayes: Trustees J.W.T~bbs, H.H.~le, W.A.Greenleaf Noes: T~us tee e None. T~bbs introduced an ordinance accept- ing on behalf of the city of Santa Aha and origin- ally fixing and establishing the grade of certain streets, being East Santa Clara Avenue, Central Avenue, Eastside Avenue, Fruit Street, Linwood Avenue, South Main Street and East Walnut Street. The Ordinance was ordered filed, read, con- sidered and referred to the City Attorney and Specta~ C~unsel.
